Don’t write your name in the sand, waves will wash it away. Don’t write your name in the sky, wind may blow it away. Write your name in the hearts of people you come in touch with; that’s where it will stay. -Unknown

“Love yourself—accept yourself—forgive yourself—and be good to yourself, because without you the rest of us are without a source of many wonderful things.” ~Leo F. Buscaglia
Meditation is like taking out the trash. You’ve got to empty your mind or else your space starts to stink. -Mary Breath
Writing right now helps so effin’ much and dancing helps too. I think dancing feels so effin’ good and I also think that the births that I have after I dance hurt too. It’s like that good sore feeling after you’ve worked out, but this time it’s internal. Like an ocean of feelings dancing through my bones and pelvic area. It’s the feeling of the presence of my truest self, which doesn’t always feel comfortable because I am sitting with the presence of my soul. The pain is so effin’ worth it. There are people like me who would rather be awake than asleep, but when asleep dreaming powerfulllllly.
Never stop dreaming. Never be afraid to look inside and behind those eyes. Never effin’ be afraid of the truth that exists within your heart, which travels through the voice and the eyes where dreams occur and visions created. How amazing that this travels out the top of the head and spins around the body. Don’t forget about your roots. You needed to grow roots, swim in the depths of your internal ocean and feel the heat in your fire pit before traveling from the heart up.
The more I meditate, the wider my inner telescope. -MB
