Mary Breath Yoga

Mary Beth Bender began practicing yoga in 1997 after the sudden death of her father.

It didn’t take long for her to fall in love with the practice and to notice the subtle shifts that were happening on an internal level.

She grew up with ADD/ADHD and found that yoga helped her calm down and focus better.

Mary Beth credits Darren Rhodes, her home practice and Kripalu Yoga Center for helping her stay grounded through some of her toughest challenges in life. Mary Beth believes that through showing up on the mat, you are helping not only your own life, but the lives of others. She believes that when you change, the world changes.

Mary Beth is a 500 hr certified yoga teacher and is currently pursuing a 1000 hr certification through The Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica.

She is also trained in Kids Yoga, Prenatal Yoga and ‘Let Your Yoga Dance.’

She believes that yoga is for everyone!
